As founder and Managing Director of Francis Consulting (established in 2002), Richard works alongside some of Wellington’s most innovative businesses. Advising on strategic, management, and business growth opportunities, Richard is a passionate mentor, strategist, financial analyst and growth advisor.

Richard has been a mentor at Creative HQ, operates an Investment Club and writes for various publications. Richard is currently spear-heading the push for small and medium-sized businesses to develop sustainable, holistic strategies that combine profitability improvement objectives with social and environmental responsibility.
