New Website
Our new website launched in February and we hope you like the look, feel and content. We have a programme of enhancements to roll out during 2010, including secure client areas and enhanced resources for your use. Please do check out the website and give us some feedback and suggestions - the best idea will win a fabulous bottle of Yealand's Estate wine.
What We've Been Up To
The last few months have been hectic for us, with new staff members, a new website and challenging client work. Of course our big news was the birth of Jack to Richard and Julie on 17 February. As clients will know, Julie is already back part-time, and Richard is saying "who needs sleep?!" Yeah, right.
Back in December we farewelled Leigh to the 'corporate lifestyle' after two years on the team - and welcomed Kanitha that same month. Kanitha was an Executive Insight visitor to our firm in 2009 and we liked her so much we offered her a job. Our 2009 intern Katie is also rejoining us in May.
Xero + FC = Smart
We like to think that combining the world's most usable accounting system with Wellington's leading boutique accounting and advisory practice = a recipe for success. So as we celebrate 3 years of partnership with Xero, Francis Consulting would like to offer two Xero competitions:
For existing Francis Consulting clients using Xero already, we offer the chance to win a free one year subscription (valued at $588). That's right, we'll pay your Xero subscription for 12 months! How do you enter the draw I hear you ask? Well, all you need to do is complete the sentence: "Using Xero and Francis Consulting has been smart for our business because..." The best answer in our opinion will win the prize. Answers to me by email before 14 May please.
We haven't forgotten those of you who are yet to sample the delights of a Xero + Francis Consulting solution for your business. That's why two businesses who engage Francis Consulting for the first time to do their accounting, tax and/or consulting work before 31 July 2010 will be selected for a free Xero subscription (valued at $588) for the next 12 months. And if any of the businesses eligible for the prize draw have been referred to us by someone, the referrer will also receive a gift.
